Parent Code Expired

The code a parent/guardian receives from the school to link their child in the Kwieb parent app expires after 14 days. After this period, the code can no longer be used, and the parent must request a new code from the school.

Unique Code

Each parent/guardian receives a unique code from the school when invited to link their child. Parents create a personal account and use their own unique linking code. This code can only be used once and by one parent.

Code Valid for 14 Days

The code provided by the school is valid for 14 days. After this period, the code expires and a new one must be issued by the school.

Sending a Reminder

When the school uses automatic integration with ESIS or Parnassys, the administration will receive a notification if a parent has not activated their code within 3 days. With one click, you can send a reminder to these parents. Upon receiving a reminder, the code becomes valid for another 14 days.

Tip: It is also possible to send a reminder manually to invited parents.
