Sending Bulk Reminders to Parents
Summary If parents have been invited but have not yet activated their accounts, you can send them a reminder after 3 days. In the student management overview, an orange notification will automatically appear for administrators, prompting them to send a reminder.
Sending Reminders to Parents
View which students still have parents who haven’t responded to the invitation.
Click the green button to send a reminder to these parents.
They will receive the invitation email again.
Viewing Status
In each student’s profile, you can check the parent's status:
Invited – the invitation has been sent.
Linked – the parent has accepted and connected their account.
Reminder sent – a reminder has already been sent.
If the parent is not yet linked, their first and last names will not be shown. Only the email address from the LAS is visible until the parent creates an account.
Tip
If a parent has not activated their account within 14 days, the invitation will expire. In that case, the parent must be invited again.
