How to Contact a Parent

With the Ziber Team app, you can easily reach parents anytime, anywhere. You can contact a parent by calling, emailing, or starting a Topic (chat conversation).

Accessing Parent Contact Information

To contact a parent, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Student Management.

  2. Open the student profile of the child.

  3. Look for the linked parent(s) in the profile.

You can contact the parent in the following ways:

  • Call (anonymous or non-anonymous)

  • Start Topic (chat conversation)

  • Email


Calling a Parent (Anonymous or Non-Anonymous)

As a school or childcare team member, you can call parents anonymously. This feature allows you to contact parents using your personal phone while keeping your number private. It’s a quick and private way to communicate with parents.

When you choose to call a parent, you can select either:

  • Anonymous Call – A temporary anonymous number is generated.

  • Non-Anonymous Call – Your personal number will be visible.

Note: You can only call a parent if they have entered their phone number in their Kwieb parent app profile.


Starting a Topic (Chat Conversation)

You can also contact a parent through a Topic—a chat conversation about a specific subject. Within a Topic, both you and the parent can send messages and attachments.


Emailing a Parent

You may also contact the parent via email. Use the email address that the parent used to create their Kwieb account.
