Sharing a Student Link Code

Would you like to invite a parent using a method other than the automatic email—such as WhatsApp, a text message, or a QR code? You can easily share the student's link code with the parent by tapping the Share Code button in the student's profile.

Available Options:

  • Send via WhatsApp (or other messaging apps)

  • Scan a QR Code

  • Copy the Code

Sending a Link Code via WhatsApp

When using the Ziber Team app on your phone, tap Share Code to send the link code using your phone’s sharing options—such as WhatsApp or text message. The parent will receive a message in their selected language.

Note: The link code is unique and valid for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Scanning the Link Code with a QR Code

When you tap the QR Code button in the student's profile in the Ziber Team app, a parent can scan this QR code using the Kwieb Parent app to link to their child.

Copying the Link Code

When using the desktop version, click Share Code to copy the link code. You can then paste it into your own email or message to the parent.

Note: The link code is unique and valid for a maximum of 2 weeks.
