Unlinking a Parent/Guardian

Each child profile in Ziber Team can have a maximum of four linked parents or guardians. In some cases, you may need to unlink a parent or guardian. This can be done via the student management section in Ziber Team.

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Go to the Dashboard in Ziber Team and tap on "Kwieb".

2. Then navigate to "Student Management".

Unlinking a Parent:

• Search for the relevant student and open their profile (e.g., "Adam Smits").

• You will see a list of linked parents.

• To unlink a parent, click the red "Unlink" button next to their name.

Once a parent is unlinked, they are fully disconnected from the child’s profile. They will no longer have access to any previously sent information.

Re-linking a Parent/Guardian:

If you want to give the parent access again, you will need to send them a new invitation. The parent will receive a new link code, which they can use to re-add the child to their account.
