Viewing a Parent Profile in the Ziber Team App

This article explains how to view a parent or guardian’s profile via the Student Management section in the Ziber Team app. You can access contact details, language settings, privacy preferences, and connected children.

Accessing Student Management

To view a parent profile:

1. Open the Ziber Team app.

2. Tap the orange menu button at the bottom of the screen.

3. Go to Settings > Student Management.

Open a Student Profile

1. Select the student whose parent or guardian details you want to view.

2. On the student profile, you'll see the linked parents/guardians.

3. Tap a parent's name to open their profile.

Parent Profile Overview

In the parent profile, you can view:

• Contact details

• Language settings

• Privacy preferences

• Connected children and organizations

Contact Details

You can view the parent's contact information and easily get in touch via:

• Phone

• Topic (chat)

• Email

Note: If a phone number or email address is unavailable, the respective contact option will automatically be hidden.

Language

You can view the parent’s selected app language. If necessary, you can update this setting—useful if the wrong language was set by mistake.

Privacy Preferences

You can check whether the parent's profile is set to public or private.

Tip: If a parent sets their profile to private, social interaction features in the app will be disabled. Learn more about what features are affected when a profile is hidden.

You can also see what information the parent shares with:

• Other parents in the same group

• All parents across the school

Note: You cannot change these privacy settings yourself.

Connected Children

View which children (and their associated organizations) are linked to this parent.
