IMPORT – EXCEL Import (Ziber Format)

Easily perform a custom data import using the Ziber-format Excel file.

⚠️ Note: The Excel import feature can only be used after coordination with Ziber.

The Excel file contains three worksheets:

Column Name	Description	Rules
`id`	Unique ID of the group	Required, must be unique within the worksheet
`name`	Name of the group	Required
`subgroup`	Name of the subgroup (e.g., grade level such as "1")	Optional

`id`	Unique ID of the student	Required, must be unique within the worksheet
`first_name`	First name of the student	Required
`preposition`	Student's initials or prefix	Optional
`last_name`	Last name of the student	Required
`date_of_birth`	Student's date of birth	Required, format: DD/MM/YYYY
`group_ids`	Groups the student is associated with	Optional, separated by commas or semicolons; must exist in `groups` worksheet
`parent_1_id`	Unique ID of parent 1	Optional
`parent_1_email`	Email address of parent 1	Required if `parent_1_id` is provided
`parent_1_language`	Language of parent 1 (used for invitation language)	Optional, default: NL. See Available Languages for codes
`parent_2_id`	Unique ID of parent 2	Optional
`parent_2_email`	Email address of parent 2	Required if `parent_2_id` is provided
`parent_2_language`	Language of parent 2 (used for invitation language)	Optional, default: NL. See Available Languages for codes
