EXPORT – Parent Email Addresses from ParnasSys

To export parent email addresses (for invitations to Kwieb) from ParnasSys, follow these steps:

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to ParnasSys and navigate to the ‘Leerling’ (Student) tab.

2. At the bottom of the screen, click the pink ‘Dynamisch overzicht’ (Dynamic overview) button.

3. Click the ‘Select columns’ icon in the top right corner of the data list (the second icon from the left).

4. A selection panel will appear. Choose the following columns:

   • First Name (Roepnaam)

   • Prefix (Voorvoegsel)

   • Last Name (Achternaam)

   • Guardian 1 (email address) – Verzorger 1 (e-mailadres)

   • Guardian 2 (email address) – Verzorger 2 (e-mailadres)

5. Tap ‘Save’, then select the ‘Export to Excel’ icon.

You can now use the exported Excel file to import parent email addresses into Ziber Kwieb.
