Your Role at School

If you are responsible for a group of children, you are assigned a role in Ziber Team.

• In education, this role is typically called “Teacher”

• In childcare, the role is “Pedagogical Staff Member”

• In other contexts, you might be assigned as a “Trainer” or “Group Leader”

You can update your role yourself in your Ziber Team profile.

Setting Your Role

To set or change your role:

1. Open the Ziber Team app or dashboard.

2. Tap your profile photo in the top right and select “Profile”.

3. In your profile, tap “Groups and Roles”.

Here you’ll see:

• The organizations you are connected to

• The role you currently have in each organization

• The groups you are linked to

To update your role:

1. Select the organization you want to update.

2. Use the dropdown menu to choose your new role.

You can choose from the following roles:

• Teacher

• Pedagogical Staff Member

• Trainer

• Group Leader

• Team Member

• Subject Teacher

• Teaching Assistant

• PE Teacher

• Janitor

• Intern

• IT Staff

📌 When parents view your profile in the Kwieb app, your selected role will be displayed next to your name.
