Managing Groups and Roles
This article explains how to view and manage your roles and group affiliations within the Ziber Team app.
Accessing Your Profile
Open the Ziber Team app.
Tap your profile photo in the top-right corner.
Select Profile.
Navigate to the Groups and Roles section.
Viewing Your Roles
In the Groups and Roles section, you'll see the organizations you're linked to and your assigned roles, which may include:
Teacher/PM'er
Management
Administration
IB'er
Team Member
Note: You cannot change your role yourself. A team member with administrative privileges must make any role adjustments.
Customizing Role Titles
If your role is listed as "Teacher" but you prefer a different title (e.g., Pedagogical Employee, Trainer, Group Leader), you can adjust the displayed name:
In the Groups and Roles section, tap on your current role.
Enter your preferred title.
Save the changes.
Managing Group Affiliations
You can view the groups you're associated with, which may be:
Imported Groups: Synced from your student administration system (e.g., Esis, Parnassys).
Manually Created Groups: Groups you've set up within the Ziber Team app.
Unlinking from Imported Groups
To remove yourself from an imported group:
In the Groups and Roles section, locate the group you wish to leave.
Toggle the switch next to the group to the "off" position.
Confirm the action when prompted.
Warning: Unlinking from a group means you will no longer receive notifications or be able to publish to that group. Parents will also no longer see you associated with this group in the Kwieb app.
Tip: You can manage manually created groups through the Group Management feature.
