Working at Multiple Schools

This article explains how to manage your Ziber ID when affiliated with multiple schools.

Single Login for Multiple Schools

With your Ziber ID, you can be connected to an unlimited number of schools. This means you only need to log in once to the Ziber Team app to access all functionalities across your affiliated schools.

Viewing Your School Affiliations and Roles

1. Open the Ziber Team app.

2. Tap your profile photo in the top-right corner.

3. Select Edit Profile.

4. Navigate to Groups and Roles.

Here, you can see:

• The organizations you are connected to.

• Your specific role at each organization (e.g., Teacher, Administrator, IB'er).

Switching Between Schools

To switch between your affiliated schools:

1. Tap the organization name at the top-left corner of the app.

2. Select the desired school from the dropdown list.

Ziber ID Settings Across Schools

Certain settings associated with your Ziber ID apply universally across all your affiliated schools:

• Profile photo

• Name

• Privacy settings

• Notification preferences

• Do Not Disturb periods

However, your role can differ per school, depending on your responsibilities within each organization.
