Editing Your Profile
This article explains how to update your personal information in the Ziber Team app.
Accessing Your Profile
Open the Ziber Team app.
Tap your profile photo in the top-right corner.
Select Profile.
In your profile, you can update the following information:
Profile Photo
Tap the camera icon to take a new photo or select one from your photo library.
This photo will be visible to parents in the Kwieb app alongside any information you share.
If you prefer not to use a personal photo, you can choose an alternative image, such as a flower or icon.
Name
Tap your name to edit it.
This is the name displayed to parents in the Kwieb app.
If you do not want your real name to appear, you can modify it here.
Phone Number
Enter your phone number in the designated field.
By default, this number is not shared with parents in the Kwieb app unless you adjust your privacy settings.
Biography
Write a short personal introduction about yourself.
Parents can read this in the Kwieb app when viewing your profile.
Groups and Roles
Manage your role within the organization.
You can also enable or disable group affiliations here.
Topics
Set whether parents can contact you via Topics (the chat feature).
You can enable or disable this option as desired.
Language Preference
Choose your preferred language for the Ziber platform.
This setting applies to all Ziber services you access with your Ziber ID.
Privacy Settings
Determine how your profile appears to parents.
Select which personal information is shared in the Kwieb app.
Notifications
Configure which notifications you receive.
You can choose to receive updates via email and/or push notifications for various activities.
Email Address
Update your email address directly within your profile.
An administrator will be notified of this change.
Password
Change your password as needed.
If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password?" option on the login screen to reset it via email.
Delete Ziber ID
If you wish to delete your Ziber ID, you can do so here.
Your account will be immediately blocked, and after 90 days, all personal information will be permanently removed from the Ziber platform.
