Removing Your Ziber ID

If you no longer wish to use your Ziber ID, you can delete it. Once deleted, your account will be immediately blocked, and you will no longer be able to log in to the Ziber Team app.

Permanent Deletion After 90 Days

After 90 days, all your personal information associated with the Ziber ID will be permanently deleted from the Ziber platform.

Note: If you use your Ziber ID for other Ziber services, deleting your account will revoke access to those services as well.

How to Delete Your Ziber ID

1. Open the Ziber Team app.

2. Tap your profile photo in the top-right corner.

3. Select Profile.

4. Scroll down and tap on Remove Ziber ID.

5. Carefully read the conditions before proceeding.

6. If you are certain, tap Remove Ziber ID.

7. Confirm the action when prompted.
