What Profile Information Can Parents See About You in Kwieb?

By default, the following information from your Ziber ID profile is always shared with parents in the Kwieb app:

  • Profile photo

  • Name

  • Your role in the school team (e.g., “Teacher of Group 6”)

You can update your name and photo yourself via your profile settings in Ziber Team.

Optional Information You Can Choose to Share

You can choose whether or not to share your email address and/or phone number with parents. Both are disabled by default.

To Adjust Your Privacy Settings:

  1. Open the Ziber Team app or dashboard.

  2. Tap your profile picture in the top right corner to open the menu.

  3. Select “Profile”.

  4. Go to the “Privacy” tab.

Here you can enable or disable sharing of your email address and phone number with parents.

💡 Your preferences are saved instantly and take effect immediately in Kwieb.

  • A red dot means the information is not shared.

  • A green dot means the information is shared
