Turning Off Topics

Using Topics is not mandatory. Both schools and individual team members can choose to disable Topics.

Disable Topics for the Entire School/Childcare

The school director or administrator can turn Topics on or off for the whole organization via:

  • Settings > More > Topic Settings

Disable Topics for Yourself

If you prefer not to use Topics personally:

  1. Go to your Profile in the Ziber Team app.

  2. Locate the Topics toggle and switch it off.

This setting only applies to your account.

👁️ Parents will still see your name in the Kwieb app, but they will no longer be able to select you to start a conversation.

⚠️ Note: Changes take approximately 15 minutes to become visible to parents. However, you can still start a Topic immediately from your side.
