Responding to a Topic

Parents can start a Topic themselves via the Kwieb parent app. When this happens, the assigned team member will receive a notification in the Ziber Team app.

Receive a Notification

When a parent starts a new Topic, you’ll receive a notification. This can be a push notification or email, depending on your personal notification settings.

Dashboard – Active Topics

In your Dashboard, you’ll see a list of the most recent Topics. Tap “All Topics” to view all open and new conversations.

  • A green dot next to a message indicates that it’s unread.

Replying to a Topic

Once the Topic has started, you can easily type a response at the bottom of the conversation. You can also attach a file, such as an image or document, to your reply.

💡 Tip: Is the parent a non-native speaker? You can enable automatic translation to view the conversation in your preferred language.

💡 Tip: You can check if your message was read using the read indicators (check marks). Don’t want to use read indicators? The administration or management can disable them in the Topic settings.
