Topic with Multiple People

When starting a Topic with a parent or colleague, you may want to involve additional participants in the conversation. Ziber Team allows school staff to add multiple people to a single Topic.

Adding Multiple People to a Topic

To start a group Topic:

  1. Go to the Topics section in the Ziber Team dashboard.

  2. Start a new Topic.

  3. Select one or more parents and optionally colleagues to include.

  4. Once you’ve selected all participants, start the Topic.

💡 Tip: You can start a Topic with up to 30 people.

Parents can also initiate a Topic with you, after which you can still manage participants.

Managing Participants

Want to add someone later?

  1. Open the Topic conversation.

  2. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner.

  3. Choose “Manage Participants”.

  4. Add a parent or colleague—or remove existing participants.

⚠️ Note: If you add someone to an existing Topic, they will be able to read the full conversation history.
