Sharing Photos and Files via Topics

You can easily send images or documents to parents using the Topics chat feature in the Ziber Team app.

Sending an Image or File

While chatting with one or more parents in a Topic:

1. Tap the green plus (+) button.

2. Choose to:

   • Take a photo directly from the app

   • Select an image from your photo library

   • Upload a document from your files

💡 Tip: You can send multiple images or files at once.

Images

When sending or receiving an image:

• The image will display directly in the chat

• Tap the image to enlarge and optionally download it

⚠️ Note: If you’re unable to send a photo, check your app permissions to ensure Ziber Team has access to your photo library.

Files

When sending or receiving a document:

• A file icon will appear based on the file type

• Tap the icon to open the file

⚠️ Note: You can send the following file types via Topics: .png, .jpg, .gif, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .txt, .xls, .xlsx
