1. You Don’t Have the Right Permissions
Only team members with the Communication Manager role can:
Create, edit, or delete groups
Assign team members to groups
Change group details

2. You’re Trying to Edit the School Group
Each school has one school group, created automatically by Ziber:
This group cannot be deleted
You cannot change its name or members
All parents are automatically linked to this group
Only Communication Managers can send messages to it

If you're a teacher assigned to a group:
You can send messages to the group
You can view the group’s students and parents
But you cannot change the group name or composition
