Creating a Group for New Enrollments

To communicate with parents of students who will start at your school later in the year, you can create a work group in Ziber Team. This allows you to share updates and information with future parents, even before their child is assigned to a class group.

Step-by-Step: Create a Group for New Enrollments

1. Go to Group Settings

  • Open the Ziber Team app or go to team.ziber.eu

  • Navigate to Settings > Groups

2. Create a Work Group

  • Tap or click + Add group

  • Choose Work group as the group type

3. Enter Group Details

  • Name the group clearly (e.g., “New Students 2025” or “Intake Group”)

  • Optionally, upload an image or icon

4. Add Students

  • Add the incoming students who will join your school later

  • Their linked parents will automatically be included in the group

👨‍👩‍👧 Parents can already receive and respond to messages before the official school start.

5. Add Team Members

  • Assign one or more team members (e.g., the intake coordinator) who will manage communication with this group

6. Save the Group
