What happens to existing consents?

• All previous consent responses submitted by the parent remain valid.

• These responses are retained in Ziber Team and continue to apply to the student.

Can the new administrator change consents?

• Yes, the new parent administrator (if assigned) can view and modify existing consents.

• Changes will be logged and visible in the change history.

If no new administrator is assigned?

• Then the previous consents stay active.

• A school team member can still view and manage them if needed.

This ensures continuity and compliance with privacy preferences, even when changes in parent roles occur.
