Creating a Consent Request

With Ziber Team, you can ask parents for permission for specific matters, such as photo use, outings, or activities.

How to create a consent request:

1. Open the Ziber Team app or go to team.ziber.eu.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Under the Parents section, choose Consent requests.

4. Tap Create new consent request.

5. Enter:

   • The question (e.g., “Do you give permission for photo use?”)

   • A description with context or explanation.

6. Select the relevant group(s).

7. Tap Send.

What do parents see?

• In the Kwieb app, parents receive a notification.

• They can select Yes or No.

• Their response is saved securely and can be changed at any time.

Viewing responses

1. Go to Settings > Parents > Consent requests.

2. Tap on a request to view:

   • The number of yes and no responses.

   • Which parents have responded.
