Warning When Publishing Information
When you publish a message or activity in Ziber Team, the system checks whether any students in the selected group(s) have a denied consent for the relevant type of content (e.g., photos).
How does the warning work?
When you select a group for a message or activity, Ziber automatically checks the associated consent responses.
If one or more students have a No response for the type of content you are about to publish (e.g., image, name, etc.), a warning will appear.
The warning shows how many students have denied consent.
You can view which students these are before deciding to continue.
What can you do?
Adjust the content (e.g., remove a photo or name).
Exclude the student(s) with denied consent from the post.
Or choose not to publish the message.
This helps ensure that you respect privacy settings and stay compliant with data protection regulations.
