Team Members Without a Role

If there are team members without an assigned role, you will receive a notification as an administrator in the Ziber Team Dashboard. It is important to assign a role to these team members so they can continue to log in.

How to View Team Members Without a Role

Go to Settings > Team Members via the orange menu icon, or click the notification directly. You will see a list of team members who have not yet been assigned a role.

Assigning a Role

  1. Open the profile of the team member.

  2. Click Add Role.

  3. Choose one of the available roles.

  4. Click Save to confirm the role assignment.

⚠️ Note: Team members without a role cannot log in to the Ziber Team app.
