Inviting Team Members

The school or childcare administration can easily invite team members to grant them access to the Ziber Team app.

Accessing Team Members

To invite team members:

  • On Desktop: Click the gear icon in the top right corner.

  • On Mobile: Tap the orange menu button in the bottom right corner > Settings > Team members.

In the Team members screen, you can:

  • View all team members linked to the school or childcare organization.

  • Send new invitations.

  • Invite members imported from your student tracking system.

  • Remove team members (unlink them from your school).

  • View and edit their roles via their profile.

New Invitation – Imported from Student Tracking System (Teachers)

Click Invite to easily send a new invitation.

  • Teachers imported from the tracking system are listed here.

  • You can directly send them an invitation and they will be automatically linked to their group.

Tip: Teachers can be invited directly from the "Imported from student tracking system" list. For other roles (management, SEN coordinators, etc.), create a new manual invitation.

Tip: Is a teacher missing from the list? Check your student tracking system to ensure the person is properly linked and synced with the Ziber Team app.

Enter Email Address

Enter the email address of the teacher.

Teacher Description

Assign a role to the teacher, then click Send invitation.

New Invitation – Other Team Members

You can manually invite other team members (e.g., SEN coordinator, administration, management) and assign them a specific role.

Enter the email address of the team member.

Assign a Role

Choose the appropriate role within your organization. Options include:

  • Management

  • SEN Coordinator (IB’er)

  • Team Member (select from: teacher, childcare staff, trainer, group leader, support staff, subject teacher, teaching assistant, PE teacher, janitor, intern, ICT staff)

  • Teacher (link to imported EDEX record)

  • Multi-school Administrator

Send Invitation

Once the invitation is sent, the team member will receive an email with an activation link.

Invited Members

If the invitation hasn't been accepted yet, the person will appear under Invited. Clicking the delete icon will cancel the invitation and send an email notification to the invitee.

Active Team Members

When the invitee clicks the activation link in the email, they can accept the invitation and gain access to the Ziber Team app. The member will now appear under Active Team Members.

Profile

Click on a team member to view their profile details.

Personal Information

  • Language preference

  • Topics enabled

  • Email address and phone number (if shared)

Roles

  • Add or remove roles

  • Edit the label for teachers

Groups

  • View the groups the team member is linked to (imported or custom-made)

Sharing Information in Kwieb Parent App

You can check which personal details are shared with parents via the Kwieb parent app.

Administrator Roles

You can assign team members as administrators.

  • Account Administrator: Can invite team members and perform syncs.

  • Financial Administrator: Has access to Ziber Pay settings and Stripe insights.

⚠️ Note: Financial administration access must be enabled by Ziber.
