What Types of Notifications Are There in Ziber Team?

In the Ziber Team app, you receive various types of notifications to help you stay informed about activity within your school or childcare organization.

Types of notifications

You can receive the following notifications in the Ziber Team app:

• New parent response When a parent responds to a message or poll, you receive a notification.

• Message read by parents When a parent has read your message, you receive a read confirmation notification.

• New colleague joined When a new colleague is added to the team, you get notified.

• Child is added to a group When a child is added to one of your groups, you will receive a notification.

• Child is removed from a group When a child is removed from one of your groups, you will be notified.

• Parent is added to a group You receive a notification when a parent is added to one of your groups.

• Parent is removed from a group You receive a notification when a parent is removed from one of your groups.

• Message published by a colleague If you are a contact person for a group and a colleague publishes a message to that group, you will receive a notification.

Where do you see these notifications?

• In the Ziber Team app, notifications appear as alerts or banners, and also in the Notifications overview (bell icon).

• You may also receive push notifications depending on your phone’s settings.
