I can't find my message when creating a newsletter

When you create a newsletter, you can select messages to include. However, you can only choose from current messages. If the message you're looking for doesn't appear in the list, it may have been archived. This article shows you how to resolve that.


Selecting messages

If your message is missing, go to Messages in the Ziber Team app. Tap the Archive button:

Find the message in the archive and tap the pencil icon to edit it.

Check the box "This message has an end date" and set the date to a point in the future. This will make the message current again—and it will reappear in your newsletter list:
