Publish a New Activity

With Ziber Team, you can easily publish an activity for parents, such as a school trip, information evening, or sports day.

How to publish an activity:

1. Open the Ziber Team app or go to team.ziber.eu.

2. Tap the green plus button.

3. Choose Activity.

4. Fill in the activity details:

   • Title

   • Date and time

   • Location

   • Description

5. (Optional) Add an attachment or image.

6. (Optional) Add a Participation request (e.g., sign-up list).

7. Select the group(s) the activity is intended for.

8. Tap Publish.

The activity will appear in the Kwieb app timeline of the selected parents.

Visibility and reminders

• Parents only see activities for their child’s groups.

• You can schedule a reminder notification for the activity.
