Deleting a Conversation Planner

Do you want to cancel or delete a scheduled conversation planner? This is possible in Ziber Team.

How to Delete a Conversation Planner

1. In Ziber Team, go to Conversation Planners.
2. Click ‘Edit’ on the conversation planner you want to cancel.
3. At the bottom of the screen, tap the red ‘Cancel Conversation’ button.
4. You will see a warning message.
   Are you sure? Click ‘OK’ to permanently delete this planned conversation.
   Note: This action cannot be undone.

Automatically Informing Parents

• If the registration period for the conversation planner had already started, all parents associated with the planner will automatically receive an email notifying them that the conversation planner has been cancelled.
• If the registration period had not yet started, parents were not yet informed about the planner, so they will not be notified of its cancellation.
