Conversation Planners Overview
Under the ‘Conversations’ button, you will find all conversation planners created and scheduled by you or your colleagues. The status bars allow you to track the progress of each conversation.
When the meetings have started, you can print a handy list with an overview of the filled time slots.
Current and Archived Conversation Planners
When all meetings for a planner have taken place, the conversation planner is automatically moved to the archive. By default, only current planners are shown.
To view old planners, click on ‘Archive’ to make them visible.
