Adding Extra Time Slots to a Day
After creating a conversation planner, you can add extra time slots to the scheduled days at any time until the end of the registration period.
How to Add a Time Slot
- In Ziber Team, go to Conversation Planners.
- Tap on ‘Assign’.
You will see an overview of all the days and time slots you have created.
At the beginning and end of each day, you can add a new time slot by tapping the green plus (+) button.
After you have added the new time slots, tap ‘Save’ at the bottom to confirm your changes.
The new time slots will then become available for parents to select in Kwieb (once the registration period opens).
