Assigning a Student to a Time Slot

As a teacher, you can take control of a conversation planner at any time. For example, you can manually assign a student to a specific time slot. You can even assign a student to multiple time slots, allowing for longer meetings with parents or meetings at different times.

How to Assign a Student to a Time Slot

1. Go to your Conversation Planner in Ziber Team.
2. Click on ‘Assign’.

You will see an overview of all the days and time slots you have created.

1. To assign a time slot to a specific student, tap on the desired time slot and select ‘Assign to’.
2. Choose the desired student from the list.

When you save the changes, the parents will be automatically notified of their scheduled time slot via a push notification or email (depending on their settings).

A blue line to the left of the time slot indicates that it has been assigned.
This time slot is no longer available for selection by parents in Kwieb.

Tips:

• You can assign multiple time slots to the same student if you wish to reserve more time for a meeting.
