Archiving a Poll

Once a poll is no longer relevant or has ended, you can archive it in Ziber Team.

How to archive a poll:

1. Open the Ziber Team app or go to team.ziber.eu.
2. Go to Messages.
3. Find the poll you want to archive.
4. Tap or click on the poll.
5. Tap the Archive icon (box or archive symbol).
6. Confirm that you want to archive the poll.

What happens after archiving?

• The poll is moved to the Archived section.
• It is no longer visible to parents in the Kwieb app.
• You can still view the poll and its results in Ziber Team.

Archiving helps keep your message overview organized and focused on active communication.
