When a parent is removed from the administrator role for a child in the Kwieb app, the following applies to consent requests:
What happens to existing consents?
- All previous consent responses submitted by the parent remain valid.
- These responses are retained in Ziber Team and continue to apply to the student.
Can the new administrator change consents?
- Yes, the new parent administrator (if assigned) can view and modify existing consents.
- Changes will be logged and visible in the change history.
If no new administrator is assigned?
- Then the previous consents stay active.
- A school team member can still view and manage them if needed.
This ensures continuity and compliance with privacy preferences, even when changes in parent roles occur.
