Deleting a Consent Request

You can delete a consent request in Ziber Team if it is no longer relevant or was created in error.

How to delete a consent request:

1. Open the Ziber Team app or go to team.ziber.eu.
2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Under the Parents section, tap Consent requests.
4. Select the request you want to delete.
5. Tap the Delete icon (trash bin).
6. Confirm that you want to delete the request.

What happens after deletion?

• The request will be removed from both Ziber Team and the Kwieb app.
• Parents will no longer see or be able to respond to the deleted request.
• All previous responses are also deleted and cannot be recovered.
