Overview of Participants in My Activity

When you have published an activity with a participation request in Ziber Team, you can view who has signed up.

How to view participant responses:

1. Open the Ziber Team app or go to team.ziber.eu.
2. Go to Activities.
3. Select the activity you want to view.
4. Tap Participation.

You will see:

• A list of all parents who have responded.
• Their answers (for open questions) or selected items (for sign-up lists).
• The number of participants per item.

Exporting the overview

• You can download the participant list as a PDF or Excel file.
• Tap the Export icon in the participation overview.

This is useful for organizing your activity, keeping track of helpers, and communicating follow-ups.
