Activities with Open Question or Sign-Up List

When creating an activity in Ziber Team, you can choose to add either an open question or a sign-up list for parents.

Option 1: Open question

Use this to allow parents to respond freely (e.g., “Do you have suggestions?”).

How to add:

1. Create a new activity.
2. Scroll to the Participation section.
3. Choose Open question.
4. Enter your question.
5. Parents can reply freely in the Kwieb app.

You can view their answers in the Participation overview.

Option 2: Sign-up list

Use this when you need help or contributions (e.g., drivers, snacks).

How to add:

1. Create a new activity.
2. Scroll to the Participation section.
3. Choose Sign-up list.
4. Add one or more items (e.g., “Driver”).
5. Indicate how many parents you need per item.
6. Parents can register via Kwieb.

You can see who signed up via Participation in the activity.
