Creating Sign-Up Lists (Request for Participation)
With Ziber Team, you can ask parents to sign up for an activity or task, such as helping during a field trip or bringing treats.
How to create a sign-up list:
- Open the Ziber Team app or go to team.ziber.eu.
- Tap the green plus button and select Activity.
- Fill in the details of the activity (title, date, time, description).
- Scroll down and choose Add participation request.
- Enter the items for which you need participants:e.g., “Parent driver”, “Snack supplier”You can add multiple items
- Indicate how many people you need per item.
- Select the group(s) to whom the activity applies.
- Tap Publish.
What do parents see?
- Parents see the activity in the Kwieb timeline.
- They can sign up by selecting an item and confirming their participation.
- When an item is full, it is no longer selectable.
Managing the sign-up list
- In Ziber Team, go to the activity and tap Participation to see who has signed up.
- You can also download the list or make adjustments if needed.
