Creating Sign-Up Lists (Request for Participation)

With Ziber Team, you can ask parents to sign up for an activity or task, such as helping during a field trip or bringing treats.

How to create a sign-up list:

  1. Open the Ziber Team app or go to team.ziber.eu.
  2. Tap the green plus button and select Activity.
  3. Fill in the details of the activity (title, date, time, description).
  4. Scroll down and choose Add participation request.
  5. Enter the items for which you need participants:e.g., “Parent driver”, “Snack supplier”You can add multiple items
  6. Indicate how many people you need per item.
  7. Select the group(s) to whom the activity applies.
  8. Tap Publish.
