Photos in Message Appear Upside Down

Did you upload photos to your message and they appear upside down in the Kwieb app? That can happen due to how your phone or tablet saves orientation data.

Cause

Most smartphones and tablets save orientation as metadata in the photo. Some programs (like browsers or apps) don’t always interpret that data the same way, which can result in the photo displaying upside down.

Solution

To fix this:

1. Open the photo on your computer or device.
2. Use a photo editing program (e.g., Preview on Mac, Photos on Windows).
3. Manually rotate the photo to the correct orientation.
4. Save the photo again.
5. Upload the corrected version to your message in Ziber Team.

Always check your photo before publishing a message. If needed, test uploading and previewing it in Ziber Team first.
