Tip: Sharing a YouTube Video with Parents

Would you like to share a video with parents via YouTube? That’s possible using a video link in your message.

How to do it:

1. Upload your video to YouTube.
2. Set the visibility to Unlisted so it’s not publicly searchable.
3. Copy the video link from YouTube.
4. Open the Ziber Team app or go to team.ziber.eu.
5. Create a new Message.
6. Paste the YouTube link into the message content.
7. Select the relevant group(s).
8. Tap Publish.

What do parents see?

• In the Kwieb app, parents see the message in their timeline.
• The YouTube link is clickable and opens the video directly.
• Parents can watch the video from their phone, tablet, or computer.

Why use an unlisted video?

• The video is not visible publicly on YouTube.
• Only people with the link can view it.
• You maintain control over the privacy of your content.
