Tip: Sharing File(s) with Parents

You can easily share files (PDF, Word, images, etc.) with parents using a message in Ziber Team.

How to share a file:

1. Open the Ziber Team app or go to team.ziber.eu.
2. Tap the green plus button.
3. Select Message.
4. Write your message (title and content).
5. Tap the paperclip icon to add an attachment.
6. Choose a file from your device.
7. Select the group(s) you want to send the message to.
8. Tap Publish.

What do parents see?

• In the Kwieb app, parents see the message in their timeline.
• The attached file appears as a clickable link.
• They can view or download the file directly from their phone or tablet.

• Word documents
• Images (JPG, PNG)
• Other common file formats
