Responding to a Message
In the Kwieb parent app, parents can respond to messages from the school team. You, as a team member, can then view and reply to these responses.
How do parents respond?
- Parents open a message in the Kwieb app.
- At the bottom of the message, they tap Respond.
- They type their comment and tap Send.
How do you view responses?
- Open the Ziber Team app or go to team.ziber.eu.
- Go to Messages.
- Select the message for which you want to view responses.
- Tap Responses.
You will see an overview of all parent reactions.
How do you reply to a response?
- Tap a parent’s response.
- Type your reply.
- Tap Send.
Your reply is visible to the parent in the Kwieb app.
Who can respond?
- Only parents who are part of the selected group(s) can respond.
- Only team members with access to that message can reply.
