Sending an Emergency Alert to Parents

You can send an emergency alert via Ziber Team when immediate attention is required, such as in case of an emergency or unexpected situation.

How to send an emergency alert:

1. Open the Ziber Team app or go to team.ziber.eu.
2. Tap Create message.
3. Choose Emergency message.
4. Select the relevant groups or parents.
5. Write your emergency message.
6. Tap Send.

The message is sent immediately to all selected recipients.

How is the emergency alert delivered?

• Push notification: Parents receive a push notification immediately on their phone.
• Email: An email with the message is also sent to the parents.
• Kwieb timeline: The message appears directly in the timeline of the Kwieb app.
• Highlight: Emergency messages are marked as such, ensuring visibility and urgency.

Important

Use this function only for urgent and critical situations. Regular communication should be sent via a normal message or activity.
