Exporting a Topic in Ziber Team

If you want to save a conversation with a parent, you can export the Topic.

How to Export a Topic

You can export a conversation whether it is still active or has been closed and archived:

1. Open the Topic you want to export.
2. Tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top right corner.
3. Select “Export”.

Receive the Export by Email

The conversation will be sent to the email address linked to your Ziber ID.
You will receive an email with a text file attachment that includes:

• The full conversation
• Names of the participants
• Timestamps for each message

⚠️ Note: The export will be in the preferred language of the person who initiated the export.
