To communicate with parents of students who will start at your school later in the year, you can create a work group in Ziber Team. This allows you to share updates and information with future parents, even before their child is assigned to a class group.

Step-by-Step: Create a Group for New Enrollments
1. Go to Group Settings
- Open the Ziber Team app or go to team.ziber.eu
- Navigate to Settings > Groups
2. Create a Work Group
- Tap or click + Add group
- Choose Work group as the group type
3. Enter Group Details
- Name the group clearly (e.g., βNew Students 2025β or βIntake Groupβ)
- Optionally, upload an image or icon
4. Add Students
- Add the incoming students who will join your school later
- Their linked parents will automatically be included in the group
