Editing Your Profile
This article explains how to update your personal information in the Ziber Team app.
Accessing Your Profile
- Open the Ziber Team app.
- Tap your profile photo in the top-right corner.
- Select Profile.
In your profile, you can update the following information:
Profile Photo
- Tap the camera icon to take a new photo or select one from your photo library.
- This photo will be visible to parents in the Kwieb app alongside any information you share.
- If you prefer not to use a personal photo, you can choose an alternative image, such as a flower or icon.
Name
- Tap your name to edit it.
- This is the name displayed to parents in the Kwieb app.
- If you do not want your real name to appear, you can modify it here.
Phone Number
- Enter your phone number in the designated field.
- By default, this number is not shared with parents in the Kwieb app unless you adjust your privacy settings.
Biography
- Write a short personal introduction about yourself.
- Parents can read this in the Kwieb app when viewing your profile.
Groups and Roles
- Manage your role within the organization.
- You can also enable or disable group affiliations here.
Topics
- Set whether parents can contact you via Topics (the chat feature).
- You can enable or disable this option as desired.
Language Preference
- Choose your preferred language for the Ziber platform.
- This setting applies to all Ziber services you access with your Ziber ID.
Privacy Settings
- Determine how your profile appears to parents.
- Select which personal information is shared in the Kwieb app.
Notifications
- Configure which notifications you receive.
- You can choose to receive updates via email and/or push notifications for various activities.
Email Address
- Update your email address directly within your profile.
- An administrator will be notified of this change.
Password
- Change your password as needed.
- If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password?" option on the login screen to reset it via email.
Delete Ziber ID
- If you wish to delete your Ziber ID, you can do so here.
- Your account will be immediately blocked, and after 90 days, all personal information will be permanently removed from the Ziber platform.
