The Ziber Team Dashboard is your starting point for managing school communication. After logging in at team.ziber.eu, you will land directly on the dashboard. This view provides a real-time summary of key items that may need your attention.
Overview of Dashboard Components
Each section on the dashboard highlights a specific area of school communication:
- Consent Requests Displays outstanding permission requests from parents. Click to review or resend.
- Do Not Disturb Shows active Do Not Disturb settings for you and your team. Adjust from the same view.
- Tips Useful guidance or reminders from Ziber to help you use the system more effectively.
- Today’s Absences An overview of students reported absent today, synced with parent reports.
- Topics (Open / New) Messages started by parents (via Kwieb) or team members that haven’t been replied to yet.
- Current Messages Active one-way communications (from school to parents) that are currently published or scheduled.
- Upcoming Activities Calendar items scheduled for the near future. Use this to double-check or update planned events.
- Current Polls Displays active polls that parents can respond to. Manage or close them here.
- Message History Overview of previously sent messages, organized by date.
